GoreTex, a medical grade of ePTF, is a synthetic or man-made product that is permanent. Strips of Goretex can be placed in the nasolabial creases through small micro-incisions or introduced through a small needle.
GoreTex can also be used in the lips as well as areas such as the nose where it can be used to build up the over operated or injured nose indentations. Rarely, if the Goretex becomes infected, than it must be removed. After the infection improves, new Goretex can be re-introduced.
