This patient had saline implants elsewhere by another plastic surgeon
She had Mentor 325cc moderate plus saline implants filled to 350cc.
The implants were too low or “Bottomed Out”. Dr Mandell-Brown
removed the saline implants, and since she preferred the same cup size,
he placed 350cc Mentor moderate plus silicone implants. The key to her
procedure was placing tacking sutures internally to raise her
breast pocket so the implants were better centered under her nipple.
This is called ‘pocket adjustment’ surgery. Dr Mandell-Brown teaches
his technique at medical centers, including San Diego, LSU, and the University of
Cincinnati.
