This patient underwent a closed rhinoplasty by Dr Mandell-Brown, who has been voted the “Top Doc” in Rhinoplasty by Cincinnati Magazine. The patient had straightening of her nose and slight hump reduction. In Dr Mandell-Brown’s technique, no packing is placed. She is shown two weeks post-op.
