This patient had liposuction only. Through 2 small 2mm openings, on each side, the male chest can be liposculped with tiny suction cannulas. Note the postoperative compression shirt and Coban that the patient wears for 4 weeks after the procedure. Most patients return to work in 3 to 4 days.
