This patient is 24 years old. She had marked breast asymmetry. Dr Mandell-Brown performed a “Wise”
pattern reduction/ lift on the right side. He used his “ice cream cone” shaped lift for the left breast. The areolas are maintained and lifted or advanced upward.
She is shown 6 months post-op.
