This patient had a breast augmentation with Mentor smooth saline moderate plus implants 425cc (filled to 420cc) placed with an infra-mammary incision in 2008. She had 420cc fill on each side. She wears a 34 to 36 “D” cup. These After photos were taken at an 18 year followup appointment.
