This patient required a left breast “A” lift by Dr Mandell-Brown. This helped raise the left nipple. Dr Mandell-Brown removed her saline implants and place silicone implants after adjusting her internal implant pocket with his special suture technique. The patient wanted to go from a “C” cup to a “D” cup and wanted better cleavage.Note how he lowered her right breast fold.
