I originally had a consultation for surgery under my eyes. Instead of steering me in that direction, Dr. Mandell Brown suggested we try a TCA peel first. I’m so glad I went with his recommendation! My under eye area looks 100% better without the cost or invasive surgery. He didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need and that really made me trust him.

Dr Mandell-Brown is very professional, kind, experienced, and takes pride in his work. He has a wonderful staff. I had a “ Granny makeover” (tummy tuck & breast augmentation) years after birthing and nursing many kids. The results are miraculous and I feel confident about my body again!

I found this office after doing a lot of research on surgeons who perform FTM top surgery, and Dr. Mandell-Brown’s website stood out because it provided a lot of information compared to all of the other highly recognized surgeons in Ohio. The entire process of getting my surgery has been easy, the staff incredibly kind and warm, and Dr. Mandell-Brown really takes the time to talk you through your options, making sure you have complete informed consent, and I never once felt weird or uneasy in his office. I am two days post-op, but I am already thrilled about my results and cannot wait until the wounds are healed. This experience completely blew away all expectations I had.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the consult to the day of surgery I felt relaxed and taken care of. I opted for the upper bleph. My procedure was not painful overall and during the procedure I was constantly being asked if I was ok, I was encouraged and monitored closely. Music was playing in the background as I was awake and it made things a little easier. My results even a few days out are better than I’d have hoped for. I highly recommend everyone here from the office staff to Dr Mandell Brown.

Dr. Mandell-Brown is a great surgeon, I was very hesitant at first but he explained everything in details and a surgeon who actually listened. His team is also very professional and have very good customer service.

It took me a long time to decide for my mole have removed. Took a lot of research and came across Dr Mark. Im glad I made a desicion to have my mole taken off by him. Dr Mark and his team are awesome, friendly vibes. It took me less than 30 minutes on his clinic and all I did was to relax and have it done with no problem. He is highly recomended. Very nice and professional.

Breast augmentation and revision

If I could leave infinity stars I would and there are numerous reasons. I’ll start from the beginning.
Right where it starts, calling the office and scheduling, was an amazing experience. The women who handled my appointments and questions were beyond kind and helpful.

I then was able to meet Dr. Mandell-Brown and this is the first time I have ever felt completely comfortable around a surgeon. He masters professionalism, compassion, empathy and even humor. I never felt like I was under a microscope and I felt that I was always heard.

It is important to note that Dr. Mandell-Brown did a revision breast augmentation on me. I had already gone through this process before so I know how he goes above and beyond.

He truly listened to what I wanted to do with my body and he did everything in his power to achieve that.

An added bonus is the fact his surgery center is located where he also handles patient appointments. I felt completely taken care of and that my needs were constantly checked.

I would recommend Dr. Mandell-Brown to my closest friends and family because I want them to have an experience and results that make them also smile every time they look in the mirror.

I lost 200 pounds naturally. From this I had excess skin in my stomach and upper pelvis region. This made me self conscious. I went to Dr. Mandell-Brown and his team for a tummy tuck and pelvic reconstruction. I have never felt so comfortable and cared for at a doctors office like this. I’m originally from Cincinnati and have had previous surgery with Dr. Mark. I now live in Florida but was wanting a breast lift. After talking with friends I decided to come back to Cincinnati and have Dr. Mark perform the surgery and I’m so happy I did. The office staff, nurses and of course Dr. Mark were so accommodating with my schedule flying in and out Sarasota and were just a phone call away if I needed anything. You won’t have any worries if you are considering surgery with Dr Mark and you live out of town!!!

Wonderful place. Excellent staff – thoroughly explained the process, recovery, and what expectations were set. I lost over 100 pounds and needed excess skin removed. Areas they worked on are now healed and look amazing. Great people, great process, great results. Well worth it!

Dr Mendll-Briown’s staff is so kind and helpful. I had breast Augmentation. My surgery went very well. Dr Mendel-Brown is very caring. He wants you to ask questions. He is wonderful at making you at feel at ease. He is a great surgeon and I would recommend him to anyone for plastic surgery.

Went here a few months ago for a consultation for a breast augmentation. I wanted a fat transfer breast augmentation but was told I did not have enough fat to harvest and was given a quote for a breast lift because I did not want implants. I appreciate the honesty from the Dr. I ended up not getting the procedure because maybe I don’t really need it and can just wear a good push up bra. Thank you for your time Dr.

I called a bunch of places in the Cincy area to get info for a liquid rhinoplasty to fix a bump I had in my nose after getting my deviated septum fixed a few months ago and I’m so glad I chose to go to Dr. Mandel Brown’s office staff. All of the staff there are so nice and Dr. Mandel Brown did so great with talking me through everything and making sure I got the results i wanted I will definitely be going back ! If you want some work but don’t want to commit to surgery yet this is the place to go !
